I can't believe it's been one year since my Omi passed away. I miss her so much! I am so grateful to know that she will hug me again and we will be together someday.
To remember Omi, I did what she would do if she were here with us, I made German Pancakes. They were yummy, but not nearly as good as when Omi would make them for us.
Cooper & Daddy gobbled them up.
Dane had his first German Pancake.I blended it up for him with applesauce.
He loved it!
It must have made Dane's spirit happy because he slept the best he has in months!We Love You So Much Omi!!!

What a perfect way to pay homage to her. She would have loved to see you "cooking with love." What a wonderful person she was. Love you Jess.
