Mason ran his first Half Marathon Saturday morning, that's 13.1 miles! Wow, that's far! He did awesome, and had an overall pace of 8:32/mile.

They Did it!

Heather & I wanted a picture of the guys jumping in the air.
Maybe next time we'll take the jumping picture BEFORE they run over 13 miles!

Way to go Mason!!!

27

Mason turned 27 on the 15th. Whoa!
Dane Loves his Amazing Daddy!
Cooper Loves his Awesome Daddy!
I love my Incredible Husband!
Cooper said he wanted to make Daddy a happy face cake.
So we did.

We went out to dinner at Outback.
Cooper may have enjoyed Outback just as much as Daddy. He seriously ate about a loaf & a half of bread all by himself along with a bunch of butter.

5 Years!!!

Our 5 year wedding anniversary was on the 14th! I can't believe it, 5 years! I am so thankful for Mason, and the wonderful husband he is to me. I love him with all of my heart and I'm so grateful that Heavenly Father helped us find each other.
Mason covered our room in these cute hearts, and sprinkled confetti hearts and chocolate hearts on our bed.
He brought me flowers.
We had a wonderful anniversary. Mason didn't work or go to school. We went out to lunch & to the mall with the boys. Then Mason's parents watched the boys that night while we went out the Cheesecake Factory...yummy yummy, and then to the Gordie Brown Show. Definitely not the best show Las Vegas has to offer but we had free tickets, and it was a lot of fun.

My Little Sunbeam

Cooper started Sunbeams a couple weeks ago, I can't believe it! How did my little boy get so big?
He has never been soexcited to go to church but then once he was in primary for a few minutes I think he realized it wasn't quite as cool as he thought it would be. No toys & no snacks like they have in nursery. I think he will love it once he gets used to it, but it's definitely going to be an adjustment learning how to sit there reverently for so long right after sitting through sacrament meeting.

Just ignore my voice in the video.

Fun in AZ

The week after Christmas we met up with my family at my Aunt's house in Arizona. We had lots of fun, it was great seeing my family and my Aunt & Uncle and cousins, it was a party everyday. Too bad that one of the only times anyone took out the camera was when we were all in our jammies, oh well, at least we got some pictures.

Uncle Jared has got to be one of the coolest Uncles in the history of Uncles.

Dane & beautiful Aunty Jalidia
Poor Cooper threw up 8 times one of the days we were there. Here he is sleeping in sweet Aunty Jennalise's arms. Jennalise is always so good with my boys.

Jilli knows a cute guy when she sees one. She kept snuggling up to Mason.

When my family was about to leave, Cooper snuck into the R.V. and climbed into bed with Grammy. He was ready to drive to Oregon with my family, he was absolutely heartbroken when I took him from my mom.

While we were there I asked Mason to grow some scruff...
...gotta love the scruff.
